- Fresher: INR 21,000 per month

- Experienced: Starting from INR 32,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as International Voice a representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service via telephone.

Requirements:

1. Graduates or equivalent educational qualification.

2. Freshers or experienced individuals are welcome to apply.

3. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in using computer (basic skills).

6. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Provide accurate information about our products or services to customers.

4. Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

6. Record customer information and details of interactions in the database.

7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer service.
