responsibilities:

handle inbound and outbound calls or chat/email support for us clients

provide customer assistance and resolve queries effectively

maintain professionalism and adhere to process guidelines

document interactions and follow up on customer concerns

requirements:

excellent spoken and written english skills

willingness to work in night shifts (us time zone)

prior experience in international bpo is a plus (freshers are welcome)

strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

basic computer knowledge and typing speed (for non-voice roles)
