✅ Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound calls for the US Energy process.

• Provide information, assist customers, and ensure issue resolution.

• Maintain call quality and adhere to company policies.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets.

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Class 10 (Matriculation)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in International BPO preferred

(Fresher’s with excellent communication skills may also apply)

• Communication: Must have excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.

• Shift: Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours)
