Experience: 0–4 Years

Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate

Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)

Shifts: 24×7 Rotational Shifts with Weekly Off

Primary Location: Bengaluru

Walk-in Interviews Available At: Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolkata

Freshers are most welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and resolve client issues via calls, chat, and email.

• Analyze customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ownership of customer issues.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and respect customers’ time.

• Manage time effectively and adhere to process guidelines.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Open to working in a 24×7 shift environment.

• Candidate must be fully vaccinated (as per company policy).
