Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Continuously monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to achieve targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base

Qualify leads, conduct product presentations, and negotiate contracts over calls

Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

4. Product Knowledge and Expertise

Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and effectively communicate their value to customers

5. Collaboration and Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to drive sales initiatives

Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy and process improvement

6. Continuous Learning and Professional Development

Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales skills and knowledge through training programs, workshops, and industry events

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging sales techniques
