Interior Designer (1-5 Years)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Mogappair. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: Create design concepts that reflect client preferences and project requirements, ensuring they are both stylish and practical.

- Space Planning: Analyze and organize spaces effectively, considering factors like flow, functionality, and user experience to maximize the utility of each area.

- Material and Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, colors, and finishes that align with the overall design vision and meet budgetary constraints.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and updates throughout the design process.

- 3D Renderings and Drafting: Use design software to produce detailed drawings and 3D models, helping clients visualize final designs before implementation.

- Project Management: Oversee various stages of the design process, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality work.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must possess strong creativity and a keen eye for design while being able to incorporate functionality into their work. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programs is essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction and collaboration with team members and contractors. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines efficiently. A background in sustainable design practices is a plus.
