role e & responsibilities

Conceptual Design:

Assist in developing initial design concepts based on client needs, project requirements, and design trends.

Contribute ideas and suggestions for color schemes, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.

2. Drafting and Documentation:

Use design software (., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.

Assist in the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and material selections.

3. Space Planning:

Contribute to space planning efforts to optimize the functionality and aesthetic appeal of interior spaces.

Assist in furniture layout and arrangement to meet both design and functional requirements.

4. Material and Finish Selection:

Participate in the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.

Research and source materials and products suitable for the project.

5. Client Interaction:

Assist in client presentations by preparing visual materials, such as mood boards and presentation boards.

Communicate design concepts and ideas to clients under the guidance of senior designers.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborate with senior designers, architects, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to implement design plans.

7. Site Visits:

Participate in site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and monitor project progress.

Work with the project team to address any on-site challenges and ensure design intent is realized.

8. Design Research:

Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Contribute to design research efforts to enhance the creativity and quality of design solutions.

9. Presentation Skills:

Develop presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts
