Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

— Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design requirements and preferences.

— Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.

— Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

— Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories.

— Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.

— Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

— Provide excellent client service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

— Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

— A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

— 3-4 years of professional interior design experience.

— Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

— Strong knowledge of materials, colour schemes, and furniture trends.

— Excellent communication and presentation skills.

— Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

— Attention to detail and a strong sense of ership in a relevant design association is a plus.
