Interior Architect (3-5 Years)

We are looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in interior architecture and hold a diploma in the field. This role requires a creative individual who can design functional and visually appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Design Concept Development**: Create innovative design concepts that meet client requirements. You will brainstorm and sketch ideas that blend functionality with aesthetics.

- **Project Planning and Management**: Oversee various stages of the design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This involves scheduling, coordinating with team members, and managing resources effectively.

- **Client Communication**: Interact regularly with clients to understand their vision and needs. You will present design proposals and make adjustments based on their feedback.

- **Material and Finish Selection**: Research and select suitable materials, colors, and finishes that complement the designs. You will ensure that all selections align with design standards and client preferences.

- **Collaboration with Contractors**: Work closely with contractors to ensure the final implementation matches design specifications. This requires clear communication and problem-solving skills to address any on-site challenges.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have excellent design skills and a strong understanding of space planning. Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential. You should demonstrate attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
