job summary:

we are looking for a motivated and result-driven motor insurance sales executive to promote and sell motor insurance policies to individuals and businesses. the ideal candidate should have a good understanding of motor insurance products, market trends, and excellent communication skills to convert leads into long-term customers.

key responsibilities:

generate leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms, or tie-ups.

promote and sell motor insurance policies private car, two-wheeler, and commercial vehicles.

explain policy features, benefits, premium quotes, and claim processes to customers.

understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

prepare and send proposals, collect documents, and follow up for policy issuance.

build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

coordinate with internal teams for underwriting, policy issuance, and endorsements.

stay updated with product knowledge, industry changes, and competitor offerings.

achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

maintain accurate sales records, reports, and mis.
