currently we are hiring, insurance consultant/ retail partner. we are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us and drive growth for self and the organization.

job function: generating sales for the organization from self and team, recruit candidate, building team, leading team, generate business from team and develop team.

skillset: lead generation, sales, cold calling, relationship building, business development, leadership qualities.

12th passed and above can apply.

location: eco space rajarhat , newtown kolkata - and work from home

5 days working. monday to friday. 11 am to 5 pm.

pay for performance inr 7000 + allowance 12,000 inr + incentives, 6+ variables according to business development

**up to inr 19,000 to inr 42,000

training will be for 2 months, during the training period you will get stipend upto 45,000 inr according to your performance.

selection process: interview+ irdai examination.
