educational qualification:

? in instrumentation engineering from recognized technical board/ institute with not less than 50% marks.

? diploma (preferred)

job description

? exposure in various field equipment's like all type of flow meters, valves, level transmitters, load cell systems, networking and communication, panel wiring, troubleshooting with the help of drawings & instrument manuals etc.

? good exposure in maintenance and repair of instruments based on plc & scada system, sql and network communication.

? sound knowledge of various sensor used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switches, photo sensor, etc.

? experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - calibration, replacement and troubleshooting, etc.

? sound knowledge of i/o control wiring and circuit and drawing reading.

? should have exposure in project erection, commissioning, dq, iq, oq, pq etc related instrumentation activities.

? should have experience in asrs plc programming, vfd configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, ac-dc drives of different make, pm, bm activities in machines, sov, tt, pt, ls, troubleshooting of all instrument as mentioned etc.

? electrical utility maintenance is preferable for candidates.

? sound knowledge of budget preparation, inventory management, manpower management, sop documentation, audit, and liaison with govt.
