Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer with expertise in SCADA and PLC systems to design,

implement, and maintain industrial automation and control systems. The candidate will work closely with

cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

03 years of experience in SCADA and PLC system design.

Proficiency in PLC programming languages: Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block.

Hands-on experience with SCADA platforms such as Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition, etc.

Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols: Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP.

Familiarity with instrumentation devices: sensors, transmitters, actuators.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Develop and configure SCADA systems for industrial automation and monitoring.

Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley,

Schneider, etc.).

Create detailed instrumentation diagrams, control logic, and system architecture.

Implementation & Testing

Commission and integrate SCADA/PLC systems with field instruments and sensors.

Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during installation and operation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Documentation & Support

Prepare technical documentation, including P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.

Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance teams.

Maintain records of system modifications and upgrades.

Collaboration

Work closely with process engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers.

Liaise with vendors and stakeholders for procurement and integration of automation equipment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in industrial automation projects (manufacturing, process plants, utilities).

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for industrial control systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
