The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, a graduate degree in a related field, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work well in a team setting. They should also have a deep understanding of instrumentation systems, familiarity with industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
