responsibilities and duties

? develop storyboards and outlines for review with smes and peers.

? work with subject matter experts (smes) to produce elearning for customers, partners,

and internal technical audiences.

? ensure learning content is current (aligned with product or best practice changes), high

quality, and engaging.

? create instructional graphics, the user interface, interactions, and the finished product.

? know the capabilities of elearning development tools and software.

? experience with curriculum development applications such as camtasia, articulate 360,

or captivate.

? develop course content including, but not limited to, measurable performance objectives,

scenarios, simulations, audio scripts, progress checks, performance evaluations, reference

glossaries, and assessments.

? determine, recommend, and document performance objectives, project instructional

standards, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plan based on the business and

learner needs.

? the ability to read and understand different subjects

? outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

? excellent visualization skills

? good proficiency in ms office
