Responsibilities
€¢ Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on the Website, WhatsApp chats).
€¢ Successfully taking ownership of the task from the allocation to the final delivery.
€¢ Contributing efficiently to different activities of Operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible environment.
€¢ Escalate unresolved customer requests, and pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
€¢ Always choosing the best solution to solve a problem; rectifying, adjusting, and also following up to ensure proper resolution.
€¢ Assisting in sales or getting hold of potential customers by answering product and service questions; pitching any new product or service the company may be providing.
Requisite Skill Set
€¢ Excellent communications skills in English (Excellent command over UK Accent)
€¢ Good interpersonal and analytical skills
€¢ Excellent typing speed (while chatting through Website/WhatsApp)
€¢ Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
€¢ Excellent multitasking skills.
€¢ Ready to work in Rotational Shifts
€¢ Capable of maintaining profitable client relationships
€¢ Maintain a collaborative contribution within the company€™s internal teams through a constructive, agile, and teamwork approach.
€¢ Versed in analysing customer needs and recommending the best available offers based on those needs.
Qualifications:
€¢ Graduate from any reputed institution in India/Abroad
€¢ MBA or master€™s in any specialized subject would be an added advantage.
€¢ Minimum 0€“1-year experience in dealing with international clients (voice support).
€¢ Excellent typing speed
€¢ Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
€¢ Excellent multitasking skills.
