Job Description:
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's electrical products, including their features, applications, and benefits.
- Inbound Sales: Handle inbound inquiries, emails, and calls from potential and existing customers, providing technical expertise and product recommendations
- Outbound sales: Proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to identify their electrical product needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Product Consultation: Offer technical consultation and support to customers
- Quoting: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for electrical products, considering customer requirements and market conditions with the support of costing engineering team.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
- CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to the sales management team.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive buying experience
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical inquiries and challenges.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
