- outbound sales: proactively reach out to leads and potential clients to identify their electrical product needs and offer suitable solutions.
- product consultation: offer technical consultation and support to customers
- quoting: prepare accurate and competitive price quotations for electrical products, considering customer requirements and market conditions with the support of costing engineering team.
- sales support: assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
- crm management: utilize customer relationship management (crm) software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
- sales reporting: maintain sales records, generate sales reports, and provide regular updates to the sales management team.

qualifications and skills:
- bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (preferred).
