Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Indian Cook to join our growing seafood restaurant. If you enjoy preparing authentic Indian cuisine, maintaining high food quality, and working in a professional kitchen, we'd love to hear from Kolhapur

Responsibilities

~ Prepare authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori items, biryanis, snacks, and seafood specialties.

~ Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

~Ă—Ensure cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety standards.

~ Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food waste.

~ Assist in creating new Indian seafood recipes and seasonal specials.

Requirements

~ Experience as an Indian Cook (1+ years preferred).

~ Knowledge of North Indian and/or South Indian cuisine.

~ Experience preparing seafood dishes is an advantage.

~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

~ Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability.
