Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Import Documentation Specialist to join our textile company in Ludhiana Punjab India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating smooth import operations.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Female Candidate Only

5-10 years of experience in import documentation and customs clearance.

Salary - 40,000 to 60,000 Per Month

Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance.

Proficient in documentation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage all import documentation for textile shipments.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.

Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to facilitate timely shipments.

Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and documentation.

Liaise with customs officials and resolve any issues related to import clearance.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Assist in the preparation of reports related to import activities.
