Trainee Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

1. To Implement | Install | Configure Software onsite.

2. To sort out software issues with development team.

3. To develop and modify SQL scripts to install new clients and new functionality for clients.

4. To consult external vendors to configure server domains |routers |firewall |SSL certificate |web services.

5. To assist with client database script customization and troubleshooting.

6. To execute test plans |document issues |communicate and prioritize bugs with development team for new software releases.

7. To work closely with clients and solve customer queries regarding the Implementation of Software.

8. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

9. Any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibility level of this position.
