roles and responsibilities:
�� implementation of erp software at client's place, training the product knowledge to the client's employee.
�� perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of metadata registry.
�� prepare own notes on technical technical issues, collaborate with clients and it department to provide support to all issues.
�� establish professional relationships with all clients and organize.
�� assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist make appropriate customization to all software for the clients.
�� train client technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.
required candidate profile:
preferred erp implementation experience.
experience on software installation.
train about the products.
excellent communication and presentation skills.
