Roles & Responsibilities
Provide accurate guidance on PR & Dependent Visas(Canada & Australia),
including eligibility checks, points system, timelines, and pathways.
Handle inquiries through walk-ins, calls (new & follow-up), WhatsApp, and
emails, and convert qualified leads into paid clients.
Recommend suitable programs such as Express Entry, PNP, Skill Assessment,
etc., and maintain strong follow-ups until client confirmation.
Maintain daily counseling records, manage incoming leads, and coordinate
with telesales for lead flow.
Collect, verify, and review client documents; guide on corrections and
formatting.
Prepare and manage EOI (Express Entry, Skill Select), PNP,
WES/ACS/VETASSESS, and other visa-related applications.
Create and manage online applications on IRCC, Skill Select, State Portals,
ensuring accurate forms, LOEs, and documentation.
Track file progress, ensure timely submissions, share weekly updates, and
respond to process/timeline-related queries.
Maintain CRM/Excel records for each client and ensure confidentiality of all
documents.
Follow company policies, immigration guidelines, and participate in reviews
and continuous improvements.
Requisite Skills:
Strong understanding of PR pathways and skill assessments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and CRM tools.
Desired Skills: Proven experience of 1 year as Immigration Consultant is preferred
