responsibilities:
• conduct ielts/pte training sessions, both individual and group, to assist students in improving their language skills and achieving their desired scores.
• develop comprehensive training plans and curriculum aligned with the ielts/pte exam requirements, focusing on all four modules: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• assess students' language proficiency and conduct diagnostic tests to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
• provide personalized feedback and guidance to students, offering strategies and techniques to enhance their performance in each module.
• create and administer mock exams in a simulated test environment to familiarize students with the exam format and time constraints.
• track and monitor students' progress, maintaining accurate records of their performance and development.
• collaborate with the admissions team to provide insights and guidance on language proficiency requirements for university admissions.
• stay updated on the latest trends, changes, and resources related to the ielts/pte exams to ensure the delivery of up-to-date and relevant training.
• create a motivating and engaging learning environment, incorporating interactive activities, materials, and technology tools to enhance the learning experience.
• conduct periodic assessments and evaluations to measure students' progress and identify areas that require additional attention or improvement.
• provide ongoing support and guidance to students, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing resources for self-study and practice.
• stay informed about study abroad programs, universities, admission requirements, and visa procedures to assist students with relevant information.
• collaborate with other trainers and academic staff to share best practices, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in training programs for professional development.
