job description-

• the rmo should be efficient and well versed in handling icu –patients as per standard quality parameters.

• the rmo should be efficient in handling intubations, catheterizations, dialysis catheterization, and mechanical ventilators etc as per the instruction of treating consultant.

• complete daily rounds for each patient. (twice in a shift)

• collect reports of patient investigation.

• inform consultant regarding reports and patient status.

• write daily doctor order properly in proper format.

• filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day.

• pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed.

• preparing patient for discharge.

• filling discharge summary.

• explaining & counselling of patient regarding discharge medicines.
