ICU Resident Medical Officer

• Monitor and manage ICU patients under the guidance of senior consultants.

• Conduct timely assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of critical care patients.

• Perform emergency procedures as per ICU protocols.

• Maintain accurate medical records and coordinate with the nursing team.

• Assist in mechanical ventilation management, intubation, and resuscitation procedures.

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety norms.
