We are looking for an ICU Medical Officer to join our team in Amritsar, Punjab, India This role involves providing critical care to patients in the intensive care unit, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients to determine their medical needs and develop effective care plans.

2. **Emergency Management**: Respond promptly to emergency situations, stabilizing patients and implementing life-saving interventions when necessary.

3. **Treatment Administration**: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while monitoring patients for any changes in condition.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for ICU patients.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patient care and progress, adhering to hospital policies and regulations.

6. **Patient and Family Education**: Explain treatment options and care plans to patients and their families, ensuring they understand the situation and feel supported.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree and a strong background in critical care. A minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU is preferred, enabling the candidate to manage complex medical cases confidently. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively work with healthcare teams and educate patients. A compassionate approach and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations are also crucial for success in this role. Qualification MBBS with experience in ICU Package 50K - 60K Negotiable As Per Experience .
