Job Title - Sales Manager
Work Location : Mumbai
Responsibilities And Duties:
1. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in Hotel & institutional for Commercial Kitchen Ventilation. (Ventilation Product-Exhaust Canopy/Demand Control Ventilation/UV Technology/Dry scrubbers)
2. Deep understanding of Sales & be able to build the right plans from Concept to execution.
3. Fulfill Sales Target Set by The Company on Yearly Basis.
4. Track and report all Sales activities.
5. Sale Forecasting for the Territory on a Monthly/annual level.
6. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfactions.
7. Negotiating ,closing orders and preparing quotes.
8. Evaluate as well as approves design changes drawing in prior of release to production.
9. Regular Sales Force update and Monthly progress report to Country Manager.
10. Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.
Required Skills:-
o Capital Goods selling experience from HVAC / Hospitality Industry.
o Willingness to travel as needed.
o Good Negotiation Skills.
o Able to communicate with Top C-level executives.
o Auto-cad General Knowledge would be an added advantage.
o Time management and able to Work Independently.
o Proficient in Word ,Excel ,Outlook ,and PowerPoint.
o Good verbal communicator and presenter
o Exceptional inter personal skills
Qualifications & Experience:-
o 12-14 years experience / Product Sales
o Minimum mechanical (HVAC back ground would be preferred)
