• will report to the department head of project management

• stakeholder management

• project implementation and management

• conduct safety assessment

• provide high-level cost planning and estimates

• oversee the review of mepf design requirements of the project and communicate with the design consultants the exact requirements and results expected from both base building/landlord and client/operational requirements.

• ensure compliance review and inspections with the contractor.
