screening & selection: reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video screenings, administering assessments, and creating shortlists for hiring managers.
interview coordination: scheduling and managing multi-stage interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
offer & onboarding: extending job offers, negotiating compensation, answering benefits questions, and assisting with new hire onboarding.
process management: maintaining candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ats), tracking hiring metrics (time-to-hire), and ensuring compliance.
