Job Description

An HR Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs with managers to sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. They are responsible for posting jobs, interviewing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key goals include improving hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire), building talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Hiring: Identify top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create job descriptions, and set selection criteria.

Screening & Selection: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), and evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Candidate Management: Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with applicants, and manage offers/negotiations.
