key responsibilities:
partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
post job openings on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ats) and recruitment dashboards.
build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
coordinate and attend career fairs, recruitment events, and university hiring programs.
ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
track recruitment metrics (., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire) and prepare reports.
stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or hr.
