Responsibilities:
Handling in house HR activities for the company.
Participating in recruitment efforts
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Orienting new employees to the organisation (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
Conducting benefit enrolment process
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
Administering new employment assessments
Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Skills Required:
a) Strong Recruitment experience
b) Experience working on LinkedIn, Twitter, Naukri and Monster.
c) Proficient in screening and inquisitive techniques.
d) Ability to handle pressure and perform.
e) Strong relationship building approach is required.
f) Excellent communication skills : verbal, written and listening.
g) Computer proficient.
