About role
As an HR Team Lead, you will play a strategic leadership role in managing the entire HR function, including recruitment, policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, learning & development, and performance management. You will ensure a positive work culture while aligning HR practices with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
Develop hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent.
Oversee screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
Design and manage smooth onboarding and induction programs.
Oversee employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns and grievances with empathy and fairness.
Plan engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee welfare programs.
Promote a culture of transparency, teamwork, and accountability.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and supervise HR records, HRMS, and employee databases.
Oversee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and salary inputs.
Prepare HR reports.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information.
Policy Implementation & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
Oversee audits, documentation, and background verification processes.
Ensure disciplinary management and adherence to company code of conduct.
Performance Management & Training
Drive the performance appraisal process and KPI framework.
Work closely with management to evaluate performance and productivity.
Identify training needs and implement learning & development initiatives.
Support leadership in building high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and HR tools/software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
