are you passionate about tech and hiring? snapfind is looking for an hr intern eager to learn and grow in it recruitment. this is a great opportunity to work on live tech roles and gain real exposure to the recruitment world.
what you’ll do:
- work with senior recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate interviews
- understand tech stacks, job descriptions, and client needs
- handle both it and non-it roles
- maintain trackers and recruitment databases
- support end-to-end hiring processes
who we’re looking for:
- minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, ideally in it hiring
- understanding of tech roles like developers, qa, devops, etc.
- knows the difference between front-end, back-end, and full-stack
- can read and understand tech jds and keywords
- willingness to learn and grow in the field
what you’ll get:
