Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job positions within the company.
2. Onboarding:
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
3. Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflicts, and provide support to maintain a positive work environment.
4. Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal processes to ensure employee growth and development.
5. Policy Implementation:
- Help in the enforcement and communication of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
6. HR Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and files in accordance with legal requirements and company standards.
Required Skills and Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing HR trends and practices.
- Preferred experience in HR internships or entry-level HR roles.
