Job Description

- teach hrm subjects: hrm, ob, recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, hr operations, payroll basics, labour laws.

• prepare lesson plans, ppts, study materials, and assessments.

• conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions.

• guide students in assignments, case studies, and projects.

• evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

• maintain classroom discipline and ensure active participation.

• stay updated with hr trends and industry practices.

• requirements: degree/pg in management (mba preferred but not mandatory).

• strong communication & presentation skills.

• good knowledge of hr concepts.

• proficiency in ppt making.

• teaching experience will be an added advantage.

• salary up to ₹50,000 based on experience & interview.
