- Teach HRM subjects: HRM, OB, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, HR Operations, Payroll basics, Labour Laws.
• Prepare lesson plans, PPTs, study materials, and assessments.
• Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions.
• Guide students in assignments, case studies, and projects.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure active participation.
• Stay updated with HR trends and industry practices.
• Requirements: Degree/PG in Management (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of HR concepts.
• Proficiency in PPT making.
• Teaching experience will be an added advantage.
• Salary up to ₹50,000 based on experience & interview.
