Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews

Conduct Telephonic Interview.

End to End follow up with Candidate & process.

Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference in bulk hiring.

Excellent Communication skills
