• responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews

• conduct telephonic interview.

• end to end follow up with candidate & process.

• excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

• provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

• should be proficient with various channels of sourcing job portals, professional networking sites - social media, employee reference in bulk hiring.

• excellent communication skills
