Profile : hr recruiter, standards services (females only)

Location: netaji Subhash place ( currently work from Home)

Shift timings: 10AM-06:30PM

Working days - Monday - Friday , 2nd & 4th Saturday are also working.

Salary - 18k

Roles & Responsibilities:

- communication with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.

- research into clients company.

- you need to be able to identify/ screen/ qualify candidates.

-define job description and document specifications

- conduct confidential interviews .

- build a long term client relationships

- develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy

- should have go better attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation.

Requirements:

- freshers and experienced both can apply.

- excellent communication skills .

- should have their own laptop.
