 proven work experience as an hr operations & hr generalist position with very good communication skills.

 manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process

 must have experience in end-to-end hr process [ from sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, induction, preparing monthly salary statements, employee letters, employee engagement activities, maintain employee records, annual appraisals and till exit formalities]

 good knowledge of labour law

 hands-on experience with human resources information systems

 ability to develop clear and fair company policies

 excellent analytical and decision-making abilities

 team management skills

 address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, and all other relevant topics

 complete hr operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

salary package will be depending on their previous company ctc,

the interview will be walk-in,

excellent communication in english and kannada,
