exp – min 6 to 8yrs
education: any graduate / mba – hr
remuneration: as per company standards.
proven work experience as an hr operations & hr generalist position with very good communication skills.
manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process
must have experience in end-to-end hr process [ from sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, induction, preparing monthly salary statements, employee letters, employee engagement activities, maintain employee records, annual appraisals and till exit formalities]
good knowledge of labour law
hands-on experience with human resources information systems
ability to develop clear and fair company policies
excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
team management skills
address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labour regulations, and all other relevant topics
complete hr operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
salary package will be depending on their previous company ctc,
