Key Responsibilities
Managing end to end entire recruitment process
Ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services and build relations across departments
Work hand in hand with the different departments to facilitate recruiting
Build and continuously develop recruitment practices to match the business need
Ensure seamless on-boarding process of all recruits
Skills Required
0-2 years of experience in human resource management
A thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures
Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
Leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
Experience with Interviewing
Expertise in the design and delivery of resourcing/attraction strategies
Excellent planning & organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
