we are providing an opportunity for 6 candidates from greater noida for the role hr recruiter for our head office in greater noida, alpha 1, who will be:

• handling end to end recruitment.

• handling full life-cycle recruitment activities which includes: posting positions, pre-screening & interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements & closing.

• candidate must have strong experience with high volume recruitment in greenfield & brownfield projects.

• possess a strong sense of urgency & flexibility.

• working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiations, interview techniques.

• discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job.

• preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings and conference calls. pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.

• understanding of client's requirements. regular interaction with the clients.

• follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. maintain the candidate's database of various levels. proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations.

essential conditions:

• candidate must be from greater noida.

• fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment consultancy

• good knowledge of the internet.

• decent communication skills.

• must have own laptop.
