• source relevant profiles/resume /cv from various sources like , indeed, linkedin, referrals etc
• craft and post job postings on various platforms to attract right candidates.
• craft and send recruitment communication with current job openings to candidates.
• screen profiles as per the requirement, communicate with candidates for screening interview, candidate evaluation, briefing the position & client’s background.
• maintain and update database of the candidates.
• execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates.
• share relevant cvs with the clients.
• schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates and coordinate throughout the process.
• act as a single point of contact for relevant position until it is closed.
• keep accumulating basic understanding of different industries, departments, job profiles.
