Communicate with the clients to understand the requirements properly.
Source relevant profiles/resume /cv from various sources like , indeed, linkedin, referrals etc
Craft and post job postings on various platforms to attract right candidates.
Craft and send recruitment communication with current job openings to candidates.
Screen profiles as per the requirement, communicate with candidates for screening interview, candidate evaluation, briefing the position & clients background.
Maintain and update database of the candidates.
Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates.
Share relevant CVs with the clients.
Schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates and coordinate throughout the process.
Act as a Single point of contact for relevant position until it is closed.
Keep accumulating basic understanding of different industries, departments, job profiles.
