Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
Hands-on working experience in recruitment sites and portals (Naukri and Linked IN preferred)
Experience in end-to-end recruiting cycle like evaluation, screening, negotiating, scheduling interviews, and closing the contract.
Understanding client requirements and meeting their requirements with good turnaround time
Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Managing Medium-Senior sized deals any vertical /Industry . (Manufacturing, Pharmacy, Financial Services Construction preferred not mandatory)
Flexibility to work independently and self-motivation for achieving success as a Team.
Strong Personal Computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft suite
Strong interpersonal skills with solid expertise in Sourcing and negotiation.
