urgent hiring for talent acquisition executive/recruitment

company profile:- space consultant, a 15 years old recruitment consultant registered in msme act and labour act.

selection: direct walk in interview: tuesday - saturday: 9am to 1 pm (22/12/2020 till 26/12/2020 ) (call for further details before coming for scheduling interview)

venue (place of joining): alpha 1 greater noida ,

roles and responsibilities:

• end to end recruitment: sourcing, staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

• sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal database

• effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching

• passive prospective candidates

• conducting preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews and short listing candidates

• arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

• continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

• effectively built relationship with employees.

• must be enthusiastic and initiator

requisites:

• candidate must be from greater noida.

• fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment

• students who are currently doing mba from some greater noida institutes can join part time (3pm – 8pm) which would be work

from home

• good knowledge of internet.

• decent/good communication skill.

• must have own laptop

skills required: decent/good communications skill in english and hindi

per month salary: upto 30k pm depending upon skill and experience

shift timings (office): 9:30am – 6:30pm (morning )

fresher can apply but experienced candidates in recruitment is preferred
