HR Recruiter Trainee(for Odisha state)

Duration - 3 months Post-completion of training, the full-time role will be assigned as HR Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a trainee, you will be in a learning phase for 3 months. Post completion, a formal assessment would be done. After the assessment, a full-time offer will be issued to the candidate.

Requirements

1. Qualification required - 12th pass freshers or experienced can apply.

2. Trainees should have their own laptops or computer.

3. Good proficiency in computers is required.

4. Good communication skills in English as well as in the local language (Odia).

5. Must have a good attitude to learn/grow and should show commitment towards given responsibilities.

6. For 3 months of training, the training fee will be applicable.

7. Stipend/internet allowance during training(Rs-675/-PM) will be given.
