responsibilities
1. source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
2. screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
3. coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
4. maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
5. assist in preparing job descriptions, interview questions, and other recruitment materials.
6. follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer letters, and joining formalities.
requirements / skills
• educational qualification: graduation preferred (hr, commerce, or business discipline preferred).
• experience: minimum 2 years in recruitment or hr operations; experience in staffing firms or industrial
hiring is a plus.
• strong communication skills in english, hindi, and marathi (both verbal and written).
• proficient in ms office (excel, word, outlook) and job portal management.
• excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
• ability to build relationships, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
location: charni road, mumbai.
working days: monday to saturday (sunday off)
office hours: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
salary: range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (subject to experience and fit)
