Roles & Responsibilities:-
- End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
- Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
- Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
- Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitment from Sourcing to joining for Lateral position.
- Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
- Evaluating the candidate’s skills Confidence level and Presentation
