Meet all recruitment timelines successfully for the multiple clients assigned. Plan,
develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with vertical
Manager/Teamleads.
Manage Resource Talent Pool Source candidates through networking & cold calling.
Work with line managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs
(where appropriate). Display excellent customer service towards internal and
external customers.
Hands on job postings, use of mass mailing, downloads in excel etc.
Recruitment Competencies Excellent coordination with clients and
candidates.
Create and maintain assignment track sheets. Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Assist in salary and hiring recommendations, as applicable. Hand-hold candidate to
increase offer to joinee conversion.
Create and maintain productive relationships; effectively network and influence
candidates.
Good/professional rapport/follow ups with clients and candidates. Constant
update of current subject knowledge of recruitment best practices.
Timelines (TAT) to be maintained.
Must have zeal to close the positions and should be target driven
