Job Description
• Sourcing, searching, recruiting manpower as per the open positions
• Develop candidates' data from social media and other sources
• Source candidates thru college campus thru coordination with Placement Officers at PAN India locations
• Understand the JD and company business
• Source candidates from available portals and other social media, thru referrals and head hunting.
• Shortlist and conduct preliminary Interviews by tele call / video call
• Career counselling about the positions for which recruitment is being done.
• Schedule the interviews as per the client's schedules
• Engage candidates till onboarding and thereafter for next three months
• Prepare and maintain Recruitment Trackers appropriately regularly
• Interact with key HR professionals of companies and develop new clients
• Any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
