Position Overview:

One of our clients is seeking an energetic and results-driven HR Field Recruiter to join their team in Perambalur, Tamil Nadu. The HR Field Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the staffing needs. This position involves building relationships, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates to ensure they align with our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.

2. Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

3. Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.

4. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and websites, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions.

5. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs.

6. Candidate Communication: Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.

7. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates, including reference checks and background screenings.

8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

9. Reporting: Generate and maintain recruitment reports to track progress and key metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
